When I start using it?
I started using Ginger Body Cream during the last stage of pregnancy when my tummy becomes bigger, heavier and started to have backaches and bloated foot. That is the unbearable moments whereby I have problem walking around too long, or feeling the exploding (bloated) foot is going to explode anytime. But you can see yourself that after applying the gingercream on the foot, it actually helps in reduce swelling.
How I use it?
Well, you know, having big tummy makes you feel clumsy and unable to reach the back or the foot. This time, of course have to call hubby for help. And you may in return, help him to massage on his aching areas like neck, aching shoulders and etc. because he is also busy running errands for the preparation of baby arrival and might need these products too.
*NOTE: DO NOT APPLY GINGERCREAM ON THE TUMMY DURING PREGNANCY PERIOD*
I brought this ginger cream to hospital and applied it on my tummy after giving birth when I am back to the ward. This helps in keeping my tummy warm. And of course I used it for my backache too.
I continued using it with body binder during my confinement period. Do you know that most Massage Therapist uses Ginger cream and tummy binder to firm up your stomach muscle and reduce water retention. The Ginger cream have burning sensation, so when you use it with tummy binder, normally you will perspire and leads to a slender body waistline.
Note: Do not apply the Ginger cream near your scar area.
But do take note that the cream is hot, therefore if you are carrying your baby, avoid touching the eyes. What I did is that I washed my hands after applying.
If you find that Ginger Cream alone is too hot, just mix it with Lavender Cream. This is because Lavender gives a cooling sensation and Ginger gives a burning sensation, so by mixing both gives you a neutral and hot + cool sensation. Well, it works well too, especially the nice lavender fragrance helps in calming and relax.

How I feel after using it?
Well, after using it, I feel the cold sensation on the applied areas making me feel relax and later turn into burning sensation making me feel relief. Especially when you are perspiring, you can feel the extra burning sensation on the areas (very relief) but you will not feel any skin irritation or burn skin. Why I say that? Because it seems to be penetrating into the skin and relieving the bones.
How is the fragrance?
It is exactly smell like the ginger but is nice.
Did I continue using it?
Yes, till now I did use it only when I have aches.
Who I recommend it to?
I have highly recommended to many mummy, relatives, family, friends and especially for elderly.
What feedback I received?
- I have some mummy telling me that after they used it, they tends to release German gas more often. They feel it is helping to remove body winds too.
- Many adults and elderly used it to relieve bodyaches and have highly recommended this product especially used together with Lemongrass Showergel.
- Many adults and elderly (both gender) feedback very effective and is almost immediate effect.
